All our programs include foreign language courses as well as compulsory internships in professional businesses.
These internships comprise almost 50% of the curriculum. Our learning content has been designed to meet both international standards and the needs of local employers. The Ecole Paul Dubrule offers professional hospitality training which meets both international standards and the needs of local employers: small, medium and international hotels, travel agencies, large tour operators, restaurants and guesthouses.

TWO YEAR OF STUDY AT ECOLE PAUL DUBRULE | ពីរឆ្នាំនៃការសិក្សា
Our programs last 10 months, from September to June. Our students have theorie and pratical courses at the school and go to hotels to practice. They can train at our training restaurant Le Jardin des Délices and in our 4 guest rooms. During the whole program, they have 5 months courses and 4 months internships in tourism companies in Siem Reap.
10 MONTHS PROGRAMS INCLUDE :

Technical theory and pratice courses

General knowledge about the Tourism and Hospitality Industry

Language courses : english and french. French classes only apply for the Tourism and Hopsitality programs.

Other professional courses : how to write a resume, how to behave during interview, etc…

Several trainings : Child safe, First Aid, Health, personal grooming with Revlon.

EXAMS :
We have two final exams sessions : one in June (group 1) and one in July (group 2). The exams are invigilated by our professional partners from outisde (representatives from hotels, travel agents, educational institutes and both the Ministries of Tourism and Labour and the Vocational Training Ministry).
CERTIFICATES :
The certificate is given at the end of the year and is recognised and approved by both Ministries. The handling certificate ceremony will be held at the end of the academic year (middle of July).
JOBS AND AFTER-PROGRAMS :
98% of the students are employed after they graduated and the school still keep in touch with them and follow up with them about their professional career developement.
The school still inspire and encourage our graduate students to become entrepreneurs by provinding some assistance surch as business plan and technical, etc…
THE PROGRAM FEES :
The student will contribute to 600 $ per year for the school fees. It equals one quarter of the total school fees per student.
A scholarship is open for students from disadvantaged background who have potential but cannot afford to pay for the school fees. The scholarship students will go through the process of the scholarship commitee.

*This last program aims to be for the students who don't have a satisfying level in english to start one of our programs. During this year, they can deepen their general knowledge, have computer classes and improve their english so they are prepared to start one program the following year. The courses take place only during half days, so the students can work during the rest of the day.
