"Khmer food lovers" is a cooking class for individuals and groups. Participants learn how to prepare Khmer dishes in addition to choosing products at a local market. These courses are conducted by our chefs who make every effort to ensure that you have a good time. Once you have completed your cooking class, you will be comfortably seated on the terrace in our garden to enjoy the food we have prepared together.

All income is entirely transferred to the NGO and contributes to the self financing of our educational projects.

KHMER FOOD LOVERS COURSE ONLY

STEP 1: 1/2 HOUR

Theoretical overview of Khmer gastronomy and the specifics of each ingredient

STEP 2: 2 HOURS AND A HALF

Demonstration and preparation of 4 Khmer dishes

STEP 3: 1 HOUR

Dishes you have prepared and cooked are eaten in our fine dining restaurant " Le Jardin des Délices"

KHMER FOOD LOVERS COURSE WITH MARKET VISIT

STEP 1: 1 HOUR AND A HALF

Visit of old market and short presentation of each product

STEP 2: 1/2 HOUR

Practical overview of Khmer gastronomy and its specifics

STEP 3: 2 HOURS

Demonstration and preparation of 4 Khmer dishes

STEP 4: 1 HOUR

Dishes you have prepared and cooked are eaten in our fine dining restaurant " Le Jardin des Délices"
