Located at Institut Français du Cambodge (IFC), le café displays and sells products made by students who are trained in culinary arts at our school.

Le café is open from Monday to Saturday, between 7.30 am and 8 pm 

This concept was created with the participation of the French Cultural Center which has provided its garden to build Le Café. It is a comfortable and relaxing place in the heart of Siem Reap where our former students also have the opportunity to practise the skills they have learned. They cook western dishes shaped by a local approach. As in all cafés, you will find salads, snacks and an appetizing daily menu. 

All income is entirely transferred to the NGO and contributes to the self financing of our educational projects.
